Laura Hamon is a Senior Advisor at BIT, where she applies behavioral science to public policy challenges in Latin America. She has 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies. At BIT, she has designed and evaluated behavioral science-informed interventions in areas including violence prevention, economic development, education, and migration. These include a behavioral support program to strengthen the well-being, decision-making, and progress toward economic goals of Venezuelan migrants in Colombia. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
